BUNGALOWS

Is there electricity and water on the plots?

All plots have electricity connection (220V 5Ah). There are drinking water fountains in the camping area. The Premium+ pitches have a water and drainage connection.

What are the check-in and check-out times and what happens if I arrive late?

If you have booked a pitch, check-in time is from 13:00h until, at the latest, 23:00h in order to respect the rest hours. The check-out time is from 08:00 to 12:00h. If you arrive after 0:00h, please note that you will no longer be able to enter the site with your vehicle.

Are pets allowed on the pitches?

Pets are welcome in the camping area and are registered on arrival. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per pitch. Breeds considered potentially dangerous are not allowed on the campsite.

Pets may not be left alone on the pitch or in the vehicle.

They must be leashed at all times. Due to health regulations they are not allowed in swimming pools, toilets, playgrounds and supermarkets.

Is there shade on the pitches?

The camping area has abundant vegetation and many trees that provide a natural and cool environment during the hottest days. However, we cannot guarantee the amount of shade on each specific pitch.

How many m2 is each plot?

The XL plots are 100m2. PREMIUM and PREMIUM+ plots are between 70-80 m2 and STANDARD plots between 50-60 m2.

Can I use my ACSI Card?

Yes, Camping Platja Cambrils accepts the ACSI card in Standard Pitch in the low season. It is essential to indicate that you have this card when making the booking, as once the booking is confirmed, the rate will not be changed. The physical card will be requested on arrival for verification. You can check the period of application of the ACSI Card in the guide or at reception.

PITCHES

Are the accommodations equipped with air conditioning and heating?

The Premium, Oasis, Campeco, Mediterrani, New Mediterrani models have a radiator in the dining room/kitchen.

The Palmeres, O'Hara Pet Friendly, O'Hara and Optimo models have an air conditioning and heating pump in the dining room/kitchen.

Do the accommodations have blankets, towels, and sheets?

All our accommodations are equipped with blankets and pillows.

Sheets and towels can be rented. Please ask for prices at reception.

What are the check-in and check-out times and what happens if I arrive late?

In the bungalows, the check-in time is from 16:00h, in case of arriving after 0:00h please note that you will not be able to access the enclosure with the vehicle, our staff will provide the keys. The check-out time is before 11:00h.

Are pets allowed in the bungalows?

Pets are allowed in the O'hara Pet Friendly bungalows, maximum one per accommodation, in the other models they are not allowed.

Do you have a Baby Kit and what does it consist of?

Yes, you can rent a highchair and cot, with prior reservation. Check prices at reception.

What equipment do the bungalows have?

All the bungalows have a terrace with furniture, bathroom with shower, kitchen, fridge, coffee maker and all the basic kitchen utensils. They also have a microwave, TV, clotheslines for clothes...

GENERAL INFORMATION

Is there a supermarket?

Yes, we have a supermarket located in the center of the campsite. In addition to fresh products and a bakery, there is a wide range of products and camping utensils.

Is there entertainment and for what age groups?

At Easter and from 23/06 until the first week of September, there is entertainment every day for all ages.

Is it possible to have barbecues?

Yes, you can barbecue on the plots, always taking extreme safety measures and keeping a minimum distance of 1.5 m from any tree, shelter, or flammable object. The use of flammable liquids is prohibited.

Can I park my car on the site?

Yes, all bookings include parking for one vehicle. The car must be parked within the same plot or in the parking area of the bungalow, avoiding invading other adjoining plots or roads.

Is it possible to rent bicycles?

Yes, bicycles can be hired by the hour or by the day at the campsite reception. We have touring bicycles, with child seats, child trailers and helmets. They cannot be booked in advance.

Can I buy tickets for PortAventura/Aquopolis at the campsite?

Yes, you can buy tickets for PortAventura or Aquopolis at reception. The ticket prices are the same as in the parks. The advantage of buying tickets in advance is that you can enter the park directly without having to queue at the ticket offices.

Can I receive visitors during my stay and is there a charge?

Yes, you can receive visitors after checking availability at reception. At the time of entry they must be accompanied by the reservation holder. Visiting hours are from 10:00h to 22:00h. No more people (including children and babies) are allowed than the maximum capacity of the accommodation booked. It will not be possible to receive visitors on the day of departure. All visits are subject to a fee. Please ask at reception.

Do visitors pay if they do not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation I have booked?

Any person who does not register at check-in will be considered as a visitor and will be subject to a fee, even if they do not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation or plot.

Is it possible to go for the day without being accommodated?

External day visits are not permitted. The use and enjoyment of the facilities is reserved for people staying at Camping Platja Cambrils.

Can I eat in the restaurant without staying at the campsite?

No. Our restaurant does not accept external bookings. The use and enjoyment of the facilities is reserved for people staying at Platja Cambrils.

Do you have Wifi in the campsite?

The campsite has free wifi in the common areas which are the Reception, Restaurant, Swimming Pool and Gaudí Room.

Can I change companions during my stay while respecting the maximum occupancy?

The stay is personal and non-transferable. No changes of registered persons are allowed during the contracted period of stay. Any person who has not been registered on the day of arrival will be considered as a visitor and will be charged the corresponding rate.

Is there security at the campsite?

The security and access control at the campsite is carried out by a specialised company. However, we recommend that you always keep an eye on your belongings. Avoid displaying jewellery, money or other valuables in full view of others. Be sure to lock doors and windows when you are not in your bungalow, even if you are away for a short period of time. All bungalows have a safe; always use it to store your valuables.

THE BOOKING

How can I book?

Can I book multiple accommodations online?

Yes, from our website you can book different accommodations at the same time.  For any additional booking request, please contact us through our contact form.

Can I book a pitch for the whole season (April to November)?

Yes, it is possible depending on availability. There are other modalities such as spring or autumn passes. Please ask at reception.

How can I modify my booking?

You can request a change of stay (dates, type of accommodation) at the campsite, by telephone or by using our contact form on our website. Stays cannot be postponed to the following season.

How can I cancel my booking?

If you want to cancel your booking, please send an email to [email protected]. We will refund 100% of the deposit up to 15 days before arrival.

How do I check if my booking has been registered?

When you finalize your booking on our website or by telephone, you will receive confirmation with payment details and the total amount by email.

What is online check-in?

To start your holiday in a more relaxed way and save time on arrival by checking in online.

A few days before your arrival you will receive a link to do it.

Once you have done it, check if the details of your stay are correct. On the day of arrival at the campsite, go to the fast line at the reception. If you want to book any additional service, you can do it directly there. The online check-in service does not mean early entry in case you have booked a bungalow.
